Family and health are important to Jota AG, which is why we offer a flexitime model. With flexitime, employees are granted time autonomy within the framework of the defined flexitime system. This means that the employee is responsible for balancing his or her working hours.
At Jota we give extra days off. We also have a catch-up time account: This allows us to give you extra days off around public holidays (such as Ascension Day) without you having to use your holiday.
We also have company holidays between Christmas and New Year. You don't have to deduct these days from your holiday balance - they are also covered by the daily catch-up time. All in all, this model gives you more time off together during the year without putting a strain on your time account.
All employees who have been with Jota AG for 5 years or more are entitled to a long service award in the form of a bonus and an extra day's holiday. This is our way of rewarding loyalty to the company and other team members. Excellence should be rewarded and encouraged.
The anniversary of our employees is also a day of joy for Jota AG. We like to show our appreciation for our employees with small gifts and vouchers. Smiling faces bring joy and a pleasant working atmosphere to the team.
Legendary summer parties with cool drinks, fun games and delicious food have always been a part of Jota. In the colder months, of course, there are the Christmas/New Year parties and, in between, individual team events for each department. We are also always involved in football tournaments and other social events. Jota is rooted in the region and is happy to take part in different teams.
The new Jota canteen has modern coffee machines and a wide range of chilled refreshments and snacks. These are offered to the employees by Jota AG at favourable prices. There is also a spacious kitchenette where employees' lunch can be heated or cooled. Especially in summer, a fresh ice cream is a real treat on a hot afternoon. There are also modern water dispensers for constant refreshment.

At Jota, employees are better insured for their retirement than required by law. This is because an advantageous BVG solution is an essential component of good working conditions and creates added value for employees. Jota insures the entire salary and does not deduct the coordination deduction.
Jota AG pays 100% of the premium for the daily sickness allowance. This means that Jota AG employees have one less payroll deduction.
Pregnant women, women who have recently given birth, nursing mothers, the unborn child and the breastfed child require special protection in the workplace. The employer, Jota AG, is therefore obliged to protect these women and their children from hazards. Jota grants an additional two weeks maternity leave. This means that maternity leave at Jota is 16 weeks and there are also generous provisions for maternity leave after that.

Modern computer, CAD and ERP systems are also available to our teams to meet the requirements of a certified medical company.
