Our laboratory diamond instruments are made from hardened surgical grade stainless steel. They are coated with carefully selected natural diamond grains using innovative electroplating technology. This homogeneous embedding, with the highest number of natural diamonds per square millimetre, produces outstanding results in use.

The low wear of the natural diamonds allows for repeated use, reduced turnaround times and significant cost savings for the laboratory. DIAMOND BURS

The use of coarse grit diamonds (ISO 534, 544 and 554) can result in increased heat generation. When using these products, special care must be taken to ensure adequate cooling and minimum application force. ISO size 031 and above should be used with additional cooling (water spray).

SINTERED DIAMONDS

Before first use, clean the instruments with a moistened JOTA 529D cleaning stone.
> Sintered diamonds must be cleaned occasionally with a cleaning stone.
> The maximum permissible speed is 25,000 rpm.
> Do not apply too much pressure to sintered diamonds as they are more prone to breakage than electroplated diamonds.
> Instruments with a blue ring for nickel/chromium alloys and ceramics.
> Instruments with a green ring for nickel/chromium and chromium/cobalt alloys, not for ceramics.
