The JOTA Zirconflex kit offers the optimum solution for machining all zirconium oxide surfaces. No water cooling is required, heat build-up is minimised and a phase transition on the zirconia that could damage the material can be safely avoided. At the same time, material properties are maintained and the risk of microcracking is minimised.

The 1358 kit contains instruments for processing zirconia restorations. Diamond stones provide coarse removal, Zirkonflex stones provide the base for fine finishing and swivel diamond polishers polish sintered zirconia restorations to perfection.

ZIR-PREP KIT

JOTA Zir-Prep diamonds with special diamond grit and optimised bonding are designed for the preparation of highly sensitive zirconium dioxide. The use of monocrystalline diamond grit makes the instruments less aggressive, ensures a low temperature rise during preparation and minimises the roughness of the prepared surfaces. This significantly reduces the risk of micro-cracks in the zirconia.

GREEN STATE REFINING

Defects such as cracks and microchips caused by the manufacturing process or the characterisation of zirconia and Sintron cannot be removed by subsequent sintering. We therefore recommend polishing in the green or white stage. The GREEN STAGE REFINING KIT 1936 contains instruments for separating from the block or blank, grinding the contact points, texturing the surfaces and PRE-SINTERPOL polishers for green or white polishing.

With the JOTA ZIR Gloss preparation and polishing system, we offer a precisely coordinated system that covers all the steps involved in zirconium oxide restorations - from separating the restoration from the blank to high-gloss polishing. The super-slim carbide cutter with extended shaft is perfect for separating the restoration without the risk of damage from tearing or jamming. The specially developed two-stage diamond polishers are complemented by the proven JOTA Zirconflex stone for dry processing of zirconium oxide.

ZIRCONIA POLISHING KIT

The KIT 1446 contains all the necessary instruments for polishing various zirconia restorations. The JOTA Zirkonflex stone helps to smooth, adjust and structure all surfaces. With the two-stage ZIR GLOSS diamond polishing system, all surfaces can be polished to a high lustre. Swivelling instruments flexibly adapt to the respective geometries of the fissures. No water cooling or polishing paste is required and no glazing is necessary.

LS- ZIR POLISHING LABORATORY

The KIT 1452 contains all the necessary instruments for contouring, finishing and polishing various zirconia-reinforced lithium silicate restorations in the laboratory. Diamond instruments are used for machining supra-contact points, characterising occlusal and vestibular surfaces and separating the restoration from the block. The green diamond stone is used for roughing the bonding contacts. In addition, the kit contains pre-polishers and high-gloss polishers, which can be used without polishing paste to achieve a high-gloss finish.

The Jota LS Gloss Lab Kit is a specially designed processing and polishing system for lithium disilicate that covers all steps from separation of the restoration to high gloss polishing. The specially developed two-stage diamond polishers are complemented by the proven Jota diamond stones and matching diamond instruments. The LS Gloss polishing system achieves a perfect high lustre in just two polishing steps, eliminating the need for glaze firing.
